PRIVACY.

OLKUS Industries is an independent company based in Birmingham, England. We are the controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@olkus.co.

If you use the contact form, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, the type of enquiry, your company or Roblox username if you add one, and your message.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used and how fast it loads. It is cookieless and does not identify you personally.

We use your contact details only to reply to your enquiry. The lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you send the form, and our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us.

Cloudflare hosts this website and provides the cookieless analytics. Resend delivers the emails sent from the contact form. They process data on our behalf and nothing else. We never sell your data.

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months, then delete them, unless we are still talking to you.

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@olkus.co and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab) or on 0303 123 1113.

No cookies are used for tracking. The site stores two small flags in your browser’s session storage (whether you have seen the intro, and whether you closed the Now Building card). They are deleted when you close the tab.
